January Goals {Less}


In {January 2013} I Choose to…*

*Unsubscribe from all store emails.  {Less temptation & impulsive on-line buying}

*Make no unnecessary purchases in January.  {We really don’t need anything}

*Go to the grocery store no more than 2 times per week—{Less trips & excess buying each week}

*Try one new recipe from Maria’s book per week—{Less gluten}

*Limit myself to 2 hours of screen time per day. {Less wasted time}

*Arrive 5 minutes early to everything.  {Less being late}

*If my format looks familiar, it's because I am taking Elise Blaha-Cripe's "I Choose" class in 2013.  I'm not going to lie, I'm feeling a little empowered using the words, "I Choose" as I set my goals. : )
